As the name simply states, it's a beach house!

I saw a few photos of a beautiful

beach home along the East Coast and I just knew

I had to recreate it as best as I could.

 

The home has one bedroom and two bathrooms.

The master bath is VERY large 

 (I got a little restless on the layout)

There is a random dark room that I added to help create the bathroom, I didn't really know what to do with it,  it can easily be messed with and changed to create another bedroom or whatever your heart desires.

 

I included the fireplace, however it doesn't have a chimney, if the chimney doesn't show up, add an EA fireplace then delete it, the chimney should stay.

 

Again, this was a random simple build. It's on a large lot, only because I didn't know what I was doing at that point. I placed it in a random unmarked area of Sunlit Tides.
