Home Requests

 

         

 If you’d like a home built, please include the following

in your message:

 

Pictures of the home you’d like to be recreated, or a link to the site or place you found it. 

Any specific colors/patterns you’d like to be used inside and out.

If you have a picture or link of a desired layout please include it, if not, just let me know what you’d like

(ex: number of bedrooms, bathrooms, office, etc)

Lot size is a must.

Expansions you have, i’ll do my best to use only items provided by those expansions            

(not including CC)

               

   In return, i’ll include:

 

Your home in a .Sims3pack file compressed with any CC I used, both needed and optional in the file.

Any changes/differences in the home compared to the picture. Sometimes you just have to improvise based on lack of info.

A lot of my homes i’ve built are only accurate to an extent.

Things you shouldn’t do! I use a lot of mods and cheats and sometimes altering one little thing, can change everything.

I’ve learned my lesson on this too many times.

      

   One final thing…

 

I specialize in Craftsman Style Homes, HOWEVER, I am more than willing to try anything, so don't let that be misleading, we all started somewhere right? 

Something out of the box will obviously take me longer to build.

So all I ask is that you be patient. I'm a huge perfectionist so I will literally do everything in my simming power to perfect what it is you want.

I don’t work, I literally spend my days at home on Sims, so I can more than likely have your home ready sooner than you think. 

 

Homes will not be furnished, I will furnish strictly for pictures to give you ideas. If I keep them furnished,

the file will be too large and most likely cause your game as well as mine to crash. And who wants that?! Not me! 

 

If you’re in no rush, let me know, I tend to stress on building more than I should so knowing I don’t have to get to it the second
